Daniel Higgins – Director

Dan brings over 17 years of diverse experience in the building industry, spanning both residential and commercial sectors. Starting out with a carpentry apprenticeship inspired by a passion for architecture and construction, Dan has since built an impressive career working across new home builds, high-end architectural projects, renovations, extensions, boutique apartments, and large-scale commercial developments. His qualifications include a Carpentry trade certificate, a Certificate IV and Diploma in Building and Construction, and registration as a Licensed Building Practitioner.

Throughout his career, Dan has developed a reputation for his personable, attentive, and dedicated approach to clients, as well as his ability to collaborate effectively with trades and teams on site. He thrives on combining hands-on work with strong leadership, taking pride in mentoring junior tradespeople and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard. Specialising in custom and high-end builds, Dan’s broad experience gives him the expertise to navigate complex projects with confidence.

As co-founder of the business, Dan is driven by the belief that success is better when shared. He values quality craftsmanship, integrity, clear communication, reliability, and accountability—principles that guide every project undertaken by the company. Looking ahead, Dan is excited about building not just exceptional homes, but also a company culture that fosters growth, collaboration, and pride in workmanship.

Hayden Pluck – Director

With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Hayden brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to every project. His career began in Christchurch, New Zealand, during the city’s major rebuild following the earthquakes—a time that gave him invaluable hands-on experience and cemented his passion for building. Since then, he has worked across residential renovations, extensions, new builds, and bespoke high-end homes, along with small-scale commercial fit-outs. Hayden is a trade-qualified carpenter, holds a Diploma in Building and Construction, and is a Registered Building Practitioner.

Hayden is passionate about guiding clients through the building process with honesty, openness, and clear communication. He prides himself on truly listening to clients’ ideas and translating them into a finished home that exceeds expectations. Reliability, transparency, integrity, and teamwork are at the core of his approach, ensuring trust and collaboration among clients, trades, and project teams throughout every stage.

Specialising in high-end residential and bespoke homes, Hayden's experience supervising teams in Melbourne’s architectural space has further strengthened his leadership, problem-solving abilities, and ability to foster a positive, cooperative work environment.
